A full-day MCLE event for trial attorneys,
risk managers and jury consultants

Thursday, June 28, 2012 | Chicago Mart Plaza

The legal community was provided the opportunity to view a recently-videotaped mock trial online for free before the conference, and two hundred attendees watched excerpts from the deliberation at the conference on June 28th.  An elite faculty of top trial attorneys and consultants critiqued the trial and the jury's behavior.  Additional panel discussions covered the topics of ethical communication, courtroom demonstratives and strategies for mock trials.  Illinois attorneys earned six MCLE credits, including one PMCLE (Ethics) credit.

This wrongful death matter involving a vehicle and a pedestrian was heard by Hon. Thomas Hogan of Cook County's Law Division and was tried before a real jury by two founding partners of prominent Chicago law firms.
